Service Guarantee >>
We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within two weeks after they were performed. You may book a redo appointment at any time within the first week, thereafter only with use of recommended at-home care products. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color service if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
Child Care >>
Our salon in Tempe is not appropriate for children under 12. Children must be receiving services and accompanied by a parent.
Cancelation & Credit Card Policy >>
In the event that you need the cancel your scheduled appointment with our salon in Tempe, we do require at least 24 hours notice. In the case of same day cancellation or if you were not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service fee. This is as a courtesy to the staff member and so we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 7 days of the original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.
Corporate Packages >>
Corporate packages are available. Please as the salon owner. Product Home Care Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. Your professional will recommend a home care regime to maintain your results between visits.
